Retain our small businesses and attract new businesses to fill vacancies
Provide technical and promotional support for our small businesses
Work with a broad coalition of partners to address large vacancies along the LCW corridor
Pursue the formation of a Business Improvement Area for Lake City
Improve relationships with property owners
Create a stronger voice for small businesses and connect them more intentionally to the broader community
Advocacy
Partner with stakeholders, service providers, elected officials, and City departments toward a safer Lake City for all
Host clean ups in our business district
